Ishda genital infektsiyalar bo'lmaganda va ortiqcha immunitet reaktsiyasi mavjud bo'lgan homiladorlikning dastlabki bosqichlarida ayollarda jinsiy gormonlar o'zgarishiga kompleks kontrikal va geparin ta'siri o'rganildi. Ayollarda homiladorlikning dastlabki bosqichlarida, jinsiy a'zolar infektsiyalari bo'lmaganda, lekin haddan tashqari yallig'lanishga qarshi immunitet reaktsiyasi mavjud bo'lganda, jinsiy gormonlar muvozanati kuzatiladi, degan xulosaga keldi. Shuningdek, homiladorlikning noqulay kursi va 12 haftagacha bo'lgan homiladorlikning rivojlanishi mumkin. Kontrikal va kleksan kompleksi bilan kontseptsiyadan oldin davolashni qo'llash homiladorlikning erta davrida haddan tashqari yallig'lanishga qarshi immunitet reaktsiyasini kamaytirishga yordam beradi, bu jinsiy gormonlar muvozanatini tiklashga yordam beradi, shuningdek, homiladorlikning dastlabki bosqichlarida va homiladorlikning qulay kursini. to'liq homiladorlikning rivojlanishi.
