o'tkir revmatik isitma, ikkilamchi profilaktika, bolalar, hozirgi zamon

##article.abstract##

Bugungi kunda davolash va profilaktika sohasidagi yutuqlarga qaramay, o`tkir revmatik isitma (O`RI) muammosi pediatrlar orasida dolzarb bo'lib qolmoqda. O`RI bilan asoratlangan revmatik kardit kardiologiya bo'limlarida 5 yoshdan 24 yoshgacha bo'lgan bemorlarni kasalxonaga yotqizishning asosiy sababi hisoblanadi. Butun dunyoda har yili JSST statistik ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, 500 mingga yaqin odam revmatik isitma bilan kasallanadi va ularning 300 mingida O`RI yurak nuqsonlari rivojlanishi kuzatiladi. Ushbu asoratlar nogironlikning asosiy sababidir. Chet el adabiyoti manbalaridan ma'lumki, O`RI rivojlanishining etiologiyasi beta gemolitik streptokokk hisoblanadi, ammo afsuski, so'nggi yillarda bu infektsiyaning epidemiologiyasi sezilarli darajada o'zgardi. Bugungi kunda an'anaviy ravishda ilgari revmatologiya bo'limiga tegishli bo'lgan eskirgan "revmatizm" atamasi qo'llanilmaydi. Va bu atama o'rniga, tasnifga ko'ra, biz "o'tkir revmatik isitma" atamasini ishlatamiz. O'tkir revmatik isitma atamasidan foydalanish shifokorni ushbu patologiyaning rivojlanishida beta gemolitik streptokokk infektsiyasining rolini aniqlashga yo'naltiradi, shuningdek, o'tkir davrda patogenni yo'q qilish (birlamchi profilaktika) va takroriy hujumlarning oldini olish uchun antibiotiklarni buyurish zarurligini ko'rsatadi (ikkilamchi profilaktika). Bu bemorlarni davolash taktikasi nuqtai nazaridan va birlamchi va ikkilamchi profilaktikani oqlash uchun asosli ko'rinadi
