O‘t tosh kasalligi murakkab shakllarining klinik xususiyatlarini, o‘tkir destruktiv xolesistit muammosining mohiyatini va diapevtik dekompressiya usullarining yuqori davolash - diagnostik samaradorligini ochib beradigan adabiyotlar ko‘rib chiqildi. Operasion - anesteziologik xavfi yuqori bo‘lgan bemorlarda o‘tkir xolesistitda kam invaziv va dekompressiya aralashuv usullariga ko‘rsatmalar hamda yagona konsensus yo‘qligi qayd etilgan.
