Multiorgan operatsiyalar bir yoki bir necha kasallik munosabati bilan ikki va undan ortiq a’zolarda bir bosqichda bajariladi.
O‘t pufagida (xoletsistektomiya), chov kanalida (gerniotomiya), prostata bezida (adenomektomiya) va uretrada (tunellash) bir narkoz davomida tegishli mutaxassislar tomonidan bir vaqtda bajarilgan multiorgan amaliyot holati yoritilgan. Turli xil a’zolarda bir necha amalyotni umumiy og‘riqsizlantirish ostida birvarakayiga bajarish vaqtini tejash oz shikastlantirish, organizimdagi gemostazga kam ta’sir qilish nuqtai nazaridan maqsadga muvofiqligi ko‘rsatilgan.
