Ushbu maqolada bemorlarda po’stloq osti tugunlari va undan tashqarida zararlangan miya insultlaridan keyin rivojlangan ekstrapiramidal buzilishlarning klinik xususiyatlarini aniqlash va ularni miyadagi gemodinamik va struktur o'zgarishlar ko'rsatkichlari bilan solishtirish bo'yicha tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Ishemik yoki gemorragik insult o’tkazgan bemorlar kasallikning turli davrlarida tekshirilganda giperkinetik hamda hipokinetik buzilishlar aniqlandi. Ekstrapiramidal buzilishla klinik ko'rinishining miyadagi struktur o'zgarishlar bilan va shuningdek, ultratovushli dopplerografiya tekshiruvi natijalariga asoslangan miya gemodinamik ma'lumotlari bilan bog'liqliklari aniqlangan.
