SPORTCHILARNI IMMUN TIZIMINI OʻRGANISHGA NAZARIY-USLUBIY YONDOSHUV

Ushbu maqolada immunitet tizimining ahamiyati va uning sport faoliyatiga taʻsiri koʻrib chiqiladi. Immunitet tizimi tanada keng tarqalgan organlar majmuasidir. Immunitet tizimining asosiy tarkibiy qismlari markaziy asab tizimi bilan chambarchas bogʻliq va neyroendokrin tartibga solishga moyil. Soʻnggi tadqiqotlarga koʻra, organlar va hujayralar massasi immunitet tizimi 5 kg dan oshadi, jigar massasi esa taxminan 2 kg, ichak mikroflorasi 2 dan 5 kg gacha. Immunitet tizimining hujayra tarkibining asosiy populyatsiyasini ifodalovchi limfotsitlar massasi 1-1,5 kg, monotsitlar, makrofaglar, ham toʻqima, ham aylanma – 600 dan 800 gr gacha. Limfotsitlarning umumiy miqdori 1013, yaʻni odamning har oʻninchi hujayrasi periferik qonda atigi 0,2-2% ni tashkil qiladi, ammo 109 limfotsitlar limfa tugunlari orqali 1 soat ichida oʻtadi. Immunitet tizimining ishlashi immunokompetent hujayralar tomonidan taqdim etilgan uchta himoya qatlami orqali amalga oshiriladi. Selʻe stress nazariyasi boʻyicha sportchilarda immunitet tanqisligi holatlarining rivojlanish prizmasi orqali koʻrib chiqiladi va taʻsir mexanizmlari, ularning paydo boʻlish vaqti asosida tasniflanadi. Tananing immunitet tizimining bunday koʻp komponentli tarkibini hisobga olgan holda shuni taʻkidlash kerakki, yuzaga keladigan barcha oʻzgarishlar majburiy ravishda bir yoki bir nechta organlarning funktsiyalariga taʻsir qiladi va ularning patologiyasi immunitet holatiga bevosita taʻsir qiladi. Mavjud maʻlumotlar immunitet tizimining ishlashidagi buzilishlarni oʻz vaqtida aniqlash va sportchilarda immunitet tanqisligining oldini olish va davolashning tegishli choralarini tanlash, ularning faol sport faoliyatini tiklash imkonini beradi.
