YOSHLARDAGI ISHEMIK INSULTNI RIVOJLANISHDA BDNF NING AHAMIYATI
##article.subject##:
ishemik insult, yoshlar, patogenetik subtiplar, miya neyrotrofik omil, NIHSS##article.abstract##
Maqsad: yoshlarda o'tkir ishemik insultning rivojlanish chastotasi bilan miya neyrotrofik omil darajasining o'zaro bog'liqligini o'rganish
Material va metodlar: Tadqiqotga o'tkir ishemik insultni boshdan kechirgan 22-44 yoshdagi 83 bemor (asosiy guruh) (erkaklar 41 (49,4%), ayollar 42 (50,6%); o'rtacha yoshi 38,71±6,5 yosh) kiritilgan. Nazorat guruhi yoshi va jinsi bo'yicha mos taqqoslanadigan 54 nafar sog'lom kishidan iborat edi (erkaklar 31 (57,4%), ayollar 23 (42,6%); o'rtacha yoshi 38,59±6,64 yosh). Miya neyrotrofik omilini (BDNF) miqdoriy aniqlash ferment bilan bog'liq immunosorbent tahlil usuli bilan amalga oshirildi.
Natijalar: Yuqoridagi jadvalda keltirilgan ma'lumotlarni sinchkovlik bilan o'rganib chiqib, biomarker kontsentratsiyasining kasallikning og'irligi va nevrologik simptomlarning og'irligi bilan teskari korrelyatsiya aloqasi aniqlandi. NIHSS shkalasi bo'yicha nevrologik kasalliklarning yengil kechishi bo'lgan bemorlarda biz zardobdagi BDNF ning yuqori konsentratsiyasini kuzatdik va aksincha, uning darajasining pasayishi nevrologik yetishmovchilikning o'ta og'ir darajasi bo'lgan bemorlarda aniqlandi (r =-0.137, p<0.05). Bemorlarda zardobdagi BDNF miqdorini aniqlash uchun guruh ichidagi tahlilni o'tkazilganda, ishemik insultning patogenetik kichik turiga qarab, neyrotrofin darajasining nevrologik kasalliklarning og'irligi bilan bog'liqligi aniqlandi, bunda gemodinamik insult bilan og'rigan bemorlarda ushbu biomarker darajasining eng past ko'rsatkichi kuzatildi.
Xulosa: BDNF qiymatlari eng past bo'lgan bemorlarda ishemik insultning salbiy natijasi xavfi ortadi va reabilitatsiya potentsialining darajasi pasasayadi, shu bilan birga miyada ushbu markerning ko'payishi yo'qolgan funktsiyalarni tiklashga yordam beradi.
