Keksa yoshlilarda koronarokardiosklerozning morfologik xususiyatlari o‘rganish maqsadida 24 nafar 60-74 yoshli vafot etgan shaxslar yuragi mikroskopik tekshiruvdan o‘tkazilgan. Miokardda morfologik jihatdan, kardiomiositlarning kuchsiz gipertrofiyasi va oraliq biriktiruvchi to‘qimaning perivaskulyar sohalarga o‘sganligi, o‘choqli sklerotik o‘zgarishlar hajm va miqdoriy jihatdan ko‘p bo‘lishi aniqlangan.
