O'rta quloqning surunkali yallig'lanishi va uning asoratlari bilan og'rigan bemorlarni erta tashxislash va samarali davolash otolaringologiya sohasida dolzarb bo'lib qolmoqda. O'rta quloqning asoratlari bilan surunkali yiringli yallig'lanishi diagnostika va davolashga kompleks yondashuvni talab qiladigan jiddiy kasallikdir. Ushbu patologiya mahalliy darajada ham, bosh suyagi bo'shlig'ida ham turli xil asoratlarni o'z ichiga oladi, bu esa bemorlarning prognozi va hayot sifatiga jiddiy ta'sir ko'rsatishi mumkin. Biz surunkali yiringli otit va uning asoratlari bo'lgan bemorlarni kompleks diagnostika qilish va davolash strategiyasini aniqlashga qaratilgan tadqiqot o'tkazdik. Oxirgi 10 yil ichida biz surunkali yiringli otit bilan og'rigan 114 nafar bemorni kuzatdik, ulardan 85 nafarida mahalliy, 29 nafarida esa intrakranial asoratlar bo'lgan. Barcha bemorlar umumiy klinik tekshiruvdan o'tkazildi, mastoid jarayonining kompyuter tomografiyasi, miyaning magnit-rezonans tomografiyasi, shuningdek, neyroxirurglar, nevropatologlar, oftalmologlar va boshqa mutaxassislar bilan maslahatlashuvlar o'tkazildi.Yiringli meningit bilan og'rigan barcha bemorlarga antibiotiklar tashxisini va qo'llanilishini aniqlashtirish uchun orqa miya ponksiyoni o'tkazildi. Bemorlarning ahvoli asta-sekin yaxshilandi, klinik va biokimyoviy ko'rsatkichlar normallashdi. Bu jarayon odatda mastoid jarayonining yiringli o'chog'ini jarrohlik tozalash, miya xo'ppozlarini drenajlash, sinuslardan qon quyqalarini olib tashlash va intensiv dori terapiyasidan so'ng kuzatilgan.
Zamonaviy diagnostika usullari hamda keng qamrovli shoshilinch jarrohlik va intensiv terapiya tizimidan foydalanish tufayli asoratlari bilan surunkali yiringli otit bilan og'rigan bemorlarda davolash natijalari prognozi yaxshilandi va o'lim darajasi kamaydi.
