CANDIDA AVLODI ACHITQISIMON ZAMBURUG‘LARINING PROTEOLITIK VA KULTURAL XUSUSIYATLARINI O‘RGANISH

Candida avlodi achitqisimon zamburug‘larining kultural va proteolitik xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Aniqlanishicha, C.albicans koloniyalari morfologiyasining tabiiy o‘zgaruvchanligi shtammlarning uzoq saqlanganligi va qayta ekishlar miqdoriga bog‘liq. Proteolitik faollik bo‘yicha manfiy natijalar kolleksion shtammlar uchun uchinchi marta qayta ekishda va gospital shtammlar uchun birinchi marta qayta ekishda aniqlandi. C.albicans koloniyalari morfologiyasining tabiiy o‘zgaruvchanligi shtammlarning uzoq saqlanganligi va qayta ekishlar miqdoriga bog‘liq. Proteolitik faollik bo‘yicha manfiy natijalar kolleksion shtammlar uchun uchinchi marta qayta ekishda va gospital shtammlar uchun birinchi marta qayta ekishda aniqlandi. Guruch kepagi suvli ekstrakti tavsiya etilgan shkala bo‘yicha 10-6 va 10-7 Candida urug‘i konsentratsiyasida 48 soatdan keyin yaxshi va o‘rtacha o‘sishni ko‘rsatdi. C. albicans koloniyalari morfologiyasining tabiiy o‘zgarishi shtammlarning saqlanish muddati va o‘tishlar soniga bog‘liq. To‘plamda ham, kasalxona shtammlarida ham uchinchi ekishda S ning atipik ko‘rinishi va K ning atipik ko‘rinishi bilan bir xilda bo‘ldi. Proteolitik faollikning salbiy natijalari quyidagicha kuzatildi: kolleksion shtammlarining uchinchi ekishida S shtamm 4% hollarda, kasalxona shtammlarining birinchi o‘tishida S shtamm 10,1% hollarda va 28,9% hollarda K paydo bo‘lishi bilan nomoyon bo‘ldi.
