##article.abstract##

Shereshevskiy-Terner sindromi  — fenotipik ayollarda X xromosomalardan birining toʻliq yoki qisman yoʻqolishi natijasida kelib chiqadigan xromosomal buzilish. Klinik xususiyatlari kariotipga bog'liq bo'lib, odatda tuxumdonlar disgeneziyasi, yurak nuqsonlari va neyrokognitiv zaiflik, past bo’ylik, gipergonadotrop gipogonadizmni o'z ichiga oladi.
