Abstract

Recent studies have shown that type 2 diabetes is not only associated with cardiovascular disease (CVD), but the presence of heart failure contributes to the development of type 2 diabetes. different risk of complications and mortality, as well as the progression of renal failure. The predictive potential of HbA1c's unique ability to assess retrospective glycemic control can be applied as part of a diagnostic and prognostic tool.
