Abstract

The article focuses on the effective mechanisms to enhance competitiveness in the development of the tourism sector in Uzbekistan. The Concept of Developing the Tourism Sector plays a crucial role in creating attractive and competitive tourist products within the wide-ranging reforms taking place in the country. It emphasizes the importance of establishing thematic tourist zones and clusters within the national borders. The article draws upon relevant scholarly works and the experiences of developed nations in this field. The integration of the state and private sectors, the tendency of regional development within a unified framework, and the legal foundation for addressing issues of coordination are highlighted. The analysis results demonstrate that initiatives based on innovative approaches in tourism markets, such as those rooted in cluster development, are the most effective in enhancing competitiveness. The article emphasizes the economic significance of forming clusters in our country, which is increasingly integrating into the stronger global community.
