The spread of COVID-19 contributes to changing economic and social life in many countries. One of the most striking consequences of the current pandemic can already be called the accelerated introduction of digital technologies in a variety of areas. This article is devoted to the issues of digitalization of the economy of both countries and the world as a whole in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Changes in the development trends of the digital technology market in China were analyzed.
