Tadqiqotga ilk bor aniqlangan doriga sezgir faol o‘pka sili bilan kasallangan, statsionar sharoitida davolanayotgan 18–65 yoshdagi 82 nafar bemor kiritildi. Standart silga qarshi terapiya fonida nutritiv holat va uning dinamikasi kompleks baholandi. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, bemorlarning salmoqli qismida sil kasalligi bemor ozib ketishi va gipoalbuminemiya bilan namoyon bo‘ladigan yaqqol nutritiv yetishmovchilik bilan kechishi aniqlandi. Davolash jarayonida nutritiv ko‘rsatkichlarning ishonchli yaxshilanishi kuzatildi, bunda tananing erta vazn orttirishi va albumin darajasining oshishi muhim prognostik ahamiyatga ega ekani aniqlandi. Sil kasalligining salbiy oqibatlarining oldini olishda nutritiv holatni tizimli skrining qilish, tana vazni dinamikasini monitoring qilish hamda maqsadli nutritiv korreksiyani bemorlarni yuritish amaliyotiga kiritish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
