MODSNOW OPERATING PROGRAM FOR DISTANCE SNOW MONITORING
Keywords:
Snow cover, MODSNOW-Tool, operational snow monitoring, cloud elimination, snow hydrologyAbstract
In this study, snow cover data was analyzed in mountain areas and the state of water resources available for the summer months using the MODSNOW-Tool. This study helps to integrate water basins for prediction of water availability in real time. Information about widespread snow cover in mountainous areas is a valuable source of information for short-term seasonal flows. This information can be accurately calculated with using of remote sensing methods.
