В данной статье освещаются цифровизация судебной системы в Республике Узбекистан, ее этапы, работа повышению по информационным технологиям знаний судей, дистанционное обращение в суды, подбор, подготовка, назначение на должности судей, а также широкое внедрение в систему современных информационных технологий в целях обеспечения беспристрастности и прозрачности оценки деятельности судей.
