PROPAGANDA WORK CARRIED OUT BY THE SOVIET GOVERNMENT DURING THE ORGANIZATION OF ELECTION PROCESSES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY AND THEIR RESULTS (USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITIES OF ANDIJAN AND KOKAND)

The article discusses the organization of electoral processes, the involvement of local residents in the electoral process, the propaganda work carried out, as well as mistakes made in the electoral process in the first years of the creation of Soviet power. Research on propaganda conducted during the Soviet period used legislation, propaganda manuals, programs and reports as sources to clarify these issues, and also revealed the government's main goals in the electoral process.
