ABSTRACT
This article deals with the digital competence of the teacher as an important component of teacher education. Digital consumption of the modern information space is associated with the use of Internet services in the daily life of a person and his labor and professional activities. This is the use of fixed and mobile Internet, various digital devices, online media, social networks, cloud technologies for storing and transmitting data. Digital literacy as a component of the digital competence of a teacher-psychologist involves the ability to distinguish between reliable and unreliable information, use various sources of information, work on a computer and similar devices and know the possibilities of their application in the field of end-to-end digital technologies, apply innovative tools in their professional activities; availability of computer literacy of the future specialist, knowledge of media content and its sources.
