НЕКОТОРЫЕ КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ И СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ЭНТЕРОПАТОГЕННЫХ И ЭНТЕРОИНВАЗИВНЫХ ЭШЕРИХИОЗОВ У ДЕТЕЙ

Изучено клиническое течение энтеропатогенных (ЭПКП) и энтероинвазивных эшерихиозов (ЭИКП) у детей и проведена их сравнительная характеристика. Было обследовано 82 больных детей с эшерихиозом раннего возраста, вызванные у 28 энтероинвазивными, у 54 с энтеропатогенными штаммами. У детей больных ЭПКП наблюдалась диарея секреторного, а ЭИКП – колитического характера. Более выраженное проявление интоксикационного синдрома отмечалось у детей больных ЭПКП. Проявления диарейного синдрома и нарушение электролитного обмена, оцениваемые по степени дегидратации, более характерны для детей больных ЭПКП. Если у детей больных ЭПКП встречались такие осложнения как гиповолемический шок и острая почечная недостаточность, то у детей больных ЭИКП в виде осложнений инфекционно-токсического шока, нейротоксикоза и ДВС-синдрома.
