FREQUENCY AND STRUCTURE OF COMPLICATIONS IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH VARICOSE VEINS DEPENDING ON THE FORM AND SEVERITY OF THE DISEASE

The study is devoted to the study of the course of pregnancy in varicose veins and the frequency of complications depending on the type and severity of varicose veins. At the Multidisciplinary Clinic of the Samarkand State Medical University and the Samarkand branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center for Maternal and Child Health, 132 pregnant women were examined and divided into two groups: the main group with varying degrees of varicose veins (n = 99) and the control group (n = 33). The main group was then divided into 3 subgroups depending on the type of varicose veins and assessed according to the CEAP classification. A comparative analysis of the course of pregnancy, the dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters, the structure of the uteroplacental vessels, and the frequency of complications in the dynamics of pregnancy was carried out. In pregnant women with a mixed form of varicose veins, laboratory and clinical parameters were worse than in other forms, and this group also had the highest rate of complications during pregnancy. Thrombotic complications occurred with the same frequency both in varicose veins of the lower extremities and in the mixed type of varicose veins.
