Abstract

This article presents the results of a comprehensive assessment of anthropometric and functional parameters in adolescent athletes specializing in football and combat sports. The study analyzes body composition, strength characteristics, chest development, and the functional state of the neuromuscular and autonomic nervous systems in young athletes. It was found that morphofunctional differences are determined by the specificity of the sports discipline and reflect different adaptive strategies of the body during the period of intensive growth. The obtained data confirm the importance of individualizing the training process and implementing medical monitoring, taking into account the type of sport and age-related characteristics.
