MORPHOGENETIC MECHANISMS OF PATHOMORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE LIVER IN CHRONIC DRUG POISONING

This article presents the results of the morphogenetic and morphological study of the liver in chronic narcotic intoxication. Three groups of pathomorphological changes and their morphogenetic mechanisms are revealed: dystrophic, discirculatory and cholestatic. The role of drugs in pathogenesis and morphogenetic mechanisms of liver damage is still unclear. Meanwhile, peculiarities of pathomorphological changes at CVH require differentiation from structural liver lesions caused by narcotic intoxication based on the development of morphogenetic and morphological criteria of liver lesions by drugs is possible and can be a basis for forensic histological diagnostics of CDI.
