OPTIMIZATION OF MANAGEMENT OF PREGNANT WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PYELONEPHRITIS

The article presents studies of patients in the third trimester of pregnancy who had chronic pyelonephritis. The course of pregnancy, the manifestation of comorbidity, factors that contributed to the development of other pathologies and their mutual influence on each other were studied. The work was carried out in the clinic of Samara State Medical University No. 1 for 2021-2022. Risk factors complicating pregnancy, childbirth and the early postpartum period have been identified. Careful monitoring of pregnant women is necessary to prevent infectious complications and exacerbations of pyelonephritis.
