EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF CHANGES IN THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IN NEWBORNS WITH PERINATAL LESIONS OF THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM
Keywords:
newborns, cardiovascular maladaptation, perinatal encephalopathyAbstract
120 newborns with changes in the functional state of the cardiovascular system with perinatal lesions of the central nervous system were examined. The analysis of clinical syndromes and symptoms, as well as indicators of instrumental studies in newborns in the occurrence and development of changes in the functional state of the cardiovascular system with perinatal damage to the central nervous system showed that functional changes in the cardiovascular system (CS) can further affect the health of the child, and with untimely diagnosis of cardio-vascular maladaptation syndrome, the disease can occur with complicated and the long course of the disease of perinatal encephalopathy.
