SPECIFIC CLINICAL AND LABORATORY CHARACTERISTICS OF ACUTE INTESTINAL INFECTIONS WITH HEMOCOLITIS SYNDROME IN EARLY CHILDHOOD

The development of hemolytic syndrome in children is mainly observed in early childhood. Acute infectious intestinal diseases in combination with hemocolitis were observed in 72 children. The emergence of hemolytic syndrome was mainly triggered by Enterobacter and Klebsiella pneumoniae (42.8%), with isolated cases involving Shigella dysentery, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus.
