ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ КИШЕЧНИКА ПРИ СОЧЕТАННОЙ ТРАВМЕ ЖИВОТА

В последние годы во всем мире наблюдается неуклонный рост травматизма. Техногенные и природные катастрофы, локальные военные конфликты, транспортные и производственные аварии в 50-60% случаев всех травм приводят к сочетанным и множественным повреждениям органов и систем человеческого тела, и, как следствие, к высоким санитарным потерям в первые часы и сутки [1,2,5,11,16,22,26,]. В статье рассматриваются поражения кишечника при сочетанной травме живота.
