ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ИНТЕНСИВНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПРИ ОЖОГОВОМ ШОКЕ

В литературе приводится около 100 различных определений понятия шока(G.Bernard,2001). Большое число определений понятия находятся в прямой зависимости от причин, его вызвавших. Ожоговый шок является первой стадией ожоговой болезни и развивается при поражении поверхности тела площади 10-15% при поверхностных и 5-10% при глубоких ожогах. В данной статье рассматривается оптимизация интенсивной терапии ожогового шока.
