O'tkazilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari kesar kesishdan 102 xomiladorlar operaciyadan keyin "izchilik" yoki “izchiz" ligining muhim klinik va morfologik xususiyatlari mavjudligi to'g'risida guvohlik beradi. Gamma (G) ning korrelyatsion koefficentini hisoblash bilan korrelyatura koeffitsienti etkazib berish va bachadon chandiqini qalinligi (G = 0,55, p = 0.001) o'rtasidagi statistik jihatdan muhim ahamiyatga ega, ultratovush va kollagen orasidagi kuchli bog'liqlik mavjudligi aniqlandi (G = 0.74, p = 0.002) (G = 0.93, p = 0.003).Shu jumladan kollagen I turidagi antigenlar darajasini aniqlash bachadonda chandiqning foydali ekanligini tasdiqlovchi muhim mezondir.
