Ushbu maqolada mualliflar biriktiruvchi to'qima displazi, xususan Marfan sindromi bilan og'rigan bemorni klinik kuzatish holatini taqdim etadilar. Ushbu patologiya bir qator genetik kasalliklarning natijasi bo'lib, turli xil tizimli kasalliklar guruhini o'z ichiga oladi. Marfan sindromi mumkin bo'lgan bemorlarni baholash klinik genetika, revmatologiya, kardiologiya, oftalmologiya va radiologik diagnostikani o'z ichiga olgan multidisipliner yondashuvni talab qiladi.
