Obstruktiv bronxit va miokarditda yallig'lanish jarayonining rivojlanishini gemostatik tizimdagi o'zgarishlarsiz tasavvur qilib bo'lmaydi, chunki qonning koagulyatsion va antikoagulyatsion tizimi ushbu kasallikning patogenezida alohida ahamiyatga ega. Miyokardit bilan obstruktiv bronxit bilan og'rigan bemorlarda qon ivish parametrlarini (APTT, TV, PTT, D-dimer) aniqlash kasallikning murakkab kursini rivojlanish xavfini oldini oladi.
