NEUROPATHIC MECHANISMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF CHRONIC STRESS AND PAIN SYNDROMES IN PRECANCEROUS DISEASES OF THE UTERUS: FROM PHYSIOLOGY TO PATHOLOGY
Keywords:
Precancerous uterine diseases; neuropathic mechanisms; chronic stress; pain; psychoemotional changes; neurological symptoms; psychological approachesAbstract
Objective. Based on the literature analysis, to study the mechanisms of development, clinical course, structure of precancerous diseases of the uterus in women of fertile age, to analyze the psychopathological state, and their connection in the formation of complicated forms, neurological approach.
Material and methods. The article analyzes the scientific works and articles of local and foreign researchers, and examines the interrelationships, differences, contradictions, and problems that have not yet been analyzed and resolved. Examples are given from the results of scientific research conducted over the past 10 years.
Results. This study focuses on the neuropathic mechanisms involved in the perception of chronic stress and pain in precancerous uterine conditions, along with their clinical manifestations and progression. The research investigates the neuropathic foundations of stress and pain mechanisms, their impact on neurological and psychoemotional changes, and their relevance to precancerous uterine diseases. Through literature analysis, the study compiles scientific data on pain management strategies, stress-related treatment approaches, and psychological intervention principles. This review serves as a theoretical foundation for the identification of pathological conditions and the development of modern treatment strategies, paving the way for novel perspectives and approaches..
Conclusion. This literature review provides a scientific basis for the next stages of our research, particularly in diagnosing patients and developing neurological and psychological support strategies. The findings are expected to contribute significantly to the selection and implementation of effective diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
