The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of surgical treatment of tumors of the ventricular system of the brain. This work is based on the results of clinical and laboratory examinations and observations of 40 patients with tumors of the ventricular system of the brain who were treated at the Republican Specialized Scientific Practical Medical Center for Neurosurgery of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2019 to 2022. The results show the need for a differentiated approach to the treatment of tumors of the ventricles of the brain, which helps to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment, reduce the number of complications and improve the prognosis of the disease.
