ALGORITHM FOR DIAGNOSIS AND DIFFERENTIATED TREATMENT OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF TRAUMATIC INTRACRANIAL HEMATOMA

The purpose of this work was to develop and implement a diagnostic and treatment algorithm, and systematize indications for differentiated treatment of patients with traumatic intracranial hematomas.
Developed and implemented diagnostic and treatment algorithms for various intracranial hematomas of traumatic origin led to satisfactory results from 55.7% to 93.1% in people of various age groups. Differentiated treatment tactics and the introduction of algorithms and computer programs for predicting treatment outcomes increased favorable outcomes, led to a decrease in mortality to 12.1%, a decrease in disability and a reduction in the length of stay of patients in hospital treatment to 4-5 days.
