СПОСОБЫ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВРОЖДЕННОЙ АТРЕЗИИ НАРУЖНОГО СЛУХОВОГО ПРОХОДА

Аннотация

Данная патология связана с внутриутробным нарушением закладки 1 и 2 жаберной дуги. Развитие аномалии у новорожденных сопряжено с инфекциями, перенесенными беременной (краснухацитомегаловирусгриппветряная оспа), с приемом ею лекарственных препаратов, обладающих тератогенным эффектом, воздействием радиоактивного излучения. Получение стойких результатов коррекции врожденной атрезии наружного слухового прохода остается сложной задачей в отологии. Осложнения, такие как стеноз, дренирование и ухудшение слуха, можно свести к минимуму, если придерживаться хорошо зарекомендовавших себя концепций и методов.
