THE ROLE OF DENTAL IMPLANTATION AND ITS PROTOCOLIZATION IN THE PROSTHETIC REHABILITATION OF DENTAL ARCH DEFECTS (LITERATURE REVIEW)

The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific studies focused on the application of dental implantation (DI) in the management of dental arch defects, including indications, needs, existing challenges, and the principles of protocolization in medical records.At present, particular attention in DI practice is given to the need for improving protocols at the stages of diagnosis and therapeutic-preventive measures, their role in preventing destructive inflammatory processes (DIP), as well as the identification of potential risk factors and clinical and preclinical markers.Special emphasis is placed on complications, particularly peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. Thus, the importance of enhancing the effectiveness of dental implantation, minimizing complications, and ensuring long-term stable results is highlighted by adopting a comprehensive approach. This includes evaluating individual risk factors, implementing modern diagnostic protocols, and choosing optimal treatment strategies.
