In recent years, periodontal diseases that have an aggressive, almost continuously recurrent course have become increasingly common. The problems of prevention and improvement of the effectiveness of complex treatment of rapidly progressive periodontitis (BPP) are an urgent problem of modern dentistry. Great difficulties are caused by the wide prevalence of this pathology, the lack of a unified concept of etiology and pathogenesis.
