Epistaxis is one of the most common emergency cases of ENT pathologies in the world, requiring referral to the emergency department, and improvement of measures to stop it is an urgent problem. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), "...up to 60% of the world's population will experience IBD during their lifetime. Due to the limited severity and duration of CKD, 6-7% of patients with bleeding need medical assistance...» . the increasing number of cases of nosebleeds, the occurrence of this disease with various clinical manifestations, especially the fact that the pathogenetic mechanisms of the effect of nasal tamponade on the functional and microcirculatory root of the nasal mucosa have not been sufficiently studied, the prospects of improving modern methods of stopping nosebleeds in patients require the need for scientific research.
