В статье рассматривается необходимость оценки состояния полости рта у женщин фертильного возраста на этапе планирования беременности, влияние стоматологических заболеваний на репродуктивное здоровье и современные методы диагностики. Пародонтоз, кариес и стоматит рассматриваются как значимые факторы риска осложнений беременности. Современные диагностические подходы играют важную роль в снижении перинатальных рисков.
