Ushbu maqola kar insonlarning psixologik va fiziologik xususiyatlarini, xususan, sensor kompensatsiya, kognitiv va nutqiy rivojlanishdagi buzilishlar, hamda kommunikativ moslashuv jarayonlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Neyrofiziologik va psixologik ma’lumotlar tahlili asosida, eshitishning yetishmasligini qoplaydigan vizual va proprioseptiv analizatorlarning kuchayish mexanizmlari tavsiflangan. Nutq faoliyati cheklanishi va eshitish hamda nutq-harakat analizatorlarining o‘zaro ta’siri bilan bog‘liq fikrlash va emotsional soha shakllanishining xususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Imo-ishora tili muloqot va kognitiv faollikning strukturalashtirilgan vositasi sifatida tahlil qilingan. Jamiyatga moslashuv va emotsional boshqaruvga ta’sir qiluvchi omillar, shuningdek, kar insonlar bilan olib boriladigan ta’limiy va reabilitatsion ishlarning amaliy jihatlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
