Bolalar serebral falajining spastik shakllarida tish-jagʼ anomaliyalari, dizartriya va disfagiyaning rivojlanishida neyromushak disbalansidan tashqari, ogʼiz boʼshligʼining immunologik va mikrobiologik holatini belgilovchi mahalliy himoya mexanizmlarining funksional yetishmovchiligi muhim oʼrin tutadi. Ushbu tadqiqot Bolalar serebral falajining spastik shakllarida kuzatiladigan tish-jagʼ, nutq va halqum buzilishlarining differensial diagnostikasi, davolash va reabilitatsiyasini takomillashtirish maqsadida olib borilgan.
