METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PERSONEL TRAINING BASED ON REGIONAL NEEDS

The article discusses the content and essence of the methodological system providing for targeted training on the basis of the real needs of the Republic’s regions, along with the close cooperation between higher educational institutions and enterprises in the economic sectors of the Republic’s regions in the process of training highly qualified personnel capable of solving specific economic problems including social, technical and technological problems of the regions and their introduction into the real economy. The article describes the development of methodological system for attracting faculty and students to the innovative activities of the branches of the republic’s economy.
