This work, conducted on the topic "Psychological foundations of girls' career guidance in social activity", focuses on the psychological factors that girls face in the process of choosing a profession in modern society and their role in shaping their social activity. The study analyzed girls' personal interests, self-awareness, motivation level, and psychological barriers such as gender stereotypes. It also covers methods that serve to increase social activity - psychological training, professional tests, and encouragement through role models. The work provides theoretical and practical justification for the effective psychological foundations of career guidance.
