PSYCHOLOGICAL, SOCIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS OF SUCCESS IN OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION

This article explores psychological, social, and organizational factors affecting
the effectiveness and resilience of oil and gas workers in Uzbekistan. It examines the causes
of professional burnout, the role of mentorship and social support, as well as the impact
of rotational work schedules on employees’ emotional well-being. Based on empirical data
and enterprise practices, the paper offers recommendations for improving working conditions and preventing stress. The importance of integrating psychosocial approaches into occupational safety and human resource management systems is emphasized.
