SOCIETY IS GOVERNED BY INDIVIDUALS, THE STATE IS GOVERNED BY POLITICIANS, OR WHY HAS THE PROBLEM OF PERSONALITY REMAINED OUTSIDE THE ATTENTION OF PHILOSOPHERS?

Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of individual, which is relevant for the development of modern Uzbek society. One of the most important tasks of the state and society for the future of the Motherland is the education of the next generation as individuals. The concept of individual in this paper is inextricably linked with high human qualities and a civic position, since it is the mechanism that ensures the activity of the state system. The author, placing the problem of individual in the center of the article, analyzes it not just as a simple concept, but reveals the relationship between the individual and society, the individual and the state, the individual and politics. The article notes that the achievement of educating an independent-minded, purposeful, initiative, creative, patriotic, hardworking, impartial and self-sacrificing individual for the progress of society will ensure the development of Uzbekistan. Because the person's awareness of his "I" and his Homeland, the formation of an individual begins.
