Abstract

Every culture in the globe has a wide variety of proverbs, and each proverb differs from the others in particular ways. Each attribute is connected to a proverb’s aim or designation, language use, grammatical patterns, and the message that each proverb conveys. Proverbs are used to convey specific messages in all languages. However, due to specific cultural and linguistic implications that proverbs connote, there are several translation issues that arise when proverbs are transmitted from one language to another. Additionally, a clear statement of the study’s problem and its research questions will be included. Besides, their pragmatic features may change depending on the situation. We have examined some proverbs that are unique to Uzbek culture and have appeared in various discourses in this article.
