Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekistondagi yangi taraqqiyot bosqichida oliy taʼlimdagi islohatlar jarayoni tadqiq qilingan. Oliy taʼlim muassasalari rivojining strategik yoʻnalishlari, universitetlar faoliyatining takomillashuvi, kadrlar tayyorlashdagi xalqaro hamkorlik va oliy taʼlim tizimi oldida turgan muayyan muammolar muhokoma qilingan. Maqola muallifi globallashuv davrida raqabotbardosh kadrlar tayyorlash tizimi oldida turgan muammolar va ularning yechimiga oid takliflarni asoslagan.
