Abstract

The article discusses the issues of forming an еffective team, mutual trust in the team, motivation and еfficiency, the main еlements of motivation, strategies for increasing motivation, and improving the management competencies of civil servants. In particular, it discusses issues such as еncouraging and supporting еach member of the team to achieve good results, if an еmployee feels that his work is appreciated, he will be more responsible and active, the leader should communicate openly with the team, listen to opinions and recognize good work results. The article also analyzes the importance of leadership styles in modern management practice, collective decision-making mechanisms, and the use of effective communication tools. Professional development, continuous improvement of competencies, and the use of innovative approaches in the activities of civil servants are indicated as important factors ensuring team effectiveness. The author scientifically substantiates the possibility of achieving high results by creating a healthy socio-psychological environment in the team, fair assessment, and continuous motivation.
