Аннотация

Целью данного исследования является анализ взаимосвязи между острым панкреатитом и заболеванием COVID-19 в качестве возможного причинного фактора. Был проведен интегративный анализ исследований, опубликованных с января 2020 года по декабрь 2022 года, включающих данные о пациентах с подтвержденным диагнозом острого панкреатита и COVID-19. Всего было рассмотрено тридцать исследований. Были проанализированы и обсуждены демографические, клинические, лабораторные данные и результаты визуальных исследований. В связи с отсутствием других факторов риска и временной связью между двумя заболеваниями предполагается, что SARS-CoV-2 вызвал развитие острого панкреатита у этих пациентов. Особое внимание следует уделять симптомам желудочно-кишечного тракта у пациентов с COVID-19.
