Аннотация

Среди всех осложнений острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения афазия занимает особое место в силу своей высокой распространённости — порядка 30% выживших пациентов — и тяжёлых последствий для речевой, социальной и психологической сфер жизни пациента. В обзорной статье систематизированы современные представления о нейроанатомическом субстрате речи, патогенезе афазии и актуальных классификационных подходах на основании публикаций 2021–2026 годов.
